The only museum in the country dedicated to the telling of this fascinating period of American history. The American Prohibition Museum in Savannah will feature live actors, state-of-the-art exhibits and historical memorabilia and artifacts. Our 5,500 square foot museum, located in City Market, will cover the time period from when Georgia went dry in 1907 until Prohibition’s national repeal in 1933, ratification of the 21st Amendment and the roots of NASCAR.
