WMOQ (92.3 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Classic Country format. Licensed to Bostwick, Georgia, USA. The station is currently owned by Bostwick Broadcasting Group, Inc. and features programing from ABC Radio
WBBQ-FM (104.3 FM) is a radio station licensed to Augusta, Georgia, USA, the station is currently owned by Clear Channel Communications. WBBQ-FM signed on in 1958 as the sister to WBBQ AM 1340. The FM simulcasted the AM’s programming for much of its existence. Both stations switched to Top 40 under the guidance of Edward H. Dunbar beginning in the early 1960s.
WUGA (91.7 FM) is the Georgia Public Broadcasting public radio station serving Athens and much of the northeast part of Georgia. It is a member of Georgia Public Broadcasting’s radio network, but is operated by the University of Georgia, with studios located at the Center for Continuing Education on the UGA campus. The transmitter is located east-southeast of Athens. The station’s programming consists of classical music, news and public affairs, jazz, drama, comedy and folk music from GPB Radio, as well as locally produced content.
WDEN-FM (99.1 FM, “#1 Country 99”) is a radio station licensed to serve Macon, Georgia, USA. The station is owned by Cumulus Media and the broadcast license is held by Cumulus Licensing, LLC. WDEN broadcasts a country music format. WDEN-FM is home to the “Early Morning Crew” morning show, featuring radio personality Laura Starling and Vance Shepherd. The Early Morning Crew formerly featured Laura Starling and program director Gerry Marshall, who retired in 2004. The current program director of the station is Bobby Reed.
WQBT (94.1 FM), known as “94.1 The Beat”, is an Urban Contemporary radio station targeted towards Savannah, Georgia. It is owned by Clear Channel Communications. The station had controversial morning hosts Star and Buc Wild–which replaced Russ Parr in the morning slot. Parr’s show has since returned to WQBT’s morning drive time slot.

WRHQ (Quality Rock Q105.3) is a gold-based rock adult contemporary radio station based in Savannah, Georgia. It remains a popular station despite competition from similar stations such as WIXV-FM and WGZO-FM. The station has a fairly broad playlist, leaning heavily on such musicians as James Taylor, R.E.M., and Billy Joel. In 1991, the station signed on the air and has remained an Adult album alternative/Rock AC hybrid since.
WVRK (102.9 FM, “Rock 103”) is a radio station broadcasting a album-oriented rock (AOR) format. Licensed to Columbus, Georgia, USA, the station is currently owned by Clear Channel Communications. The station had previously been owned by M&M Partners Inc. and Cumulus broadcasting before selling to Clear Channel in 2000. WCHZ-FM (93.1 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a southern gospel format, simulcasting WGUS-FM 102.7 New Ellington, South Carolina. Licensed to Warrenton, Georgia, the station goes is owned by Beasley Broadcasting. On February 1, 2013 WCHZ-FM changed their format from active rock (which moved to WCHZ 1480 AM Augusta, Georgia) to southern gospel, simulcasting WGUS-FM 102.7 New Ellington, South Carolina.
