A graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, he later served as Clinical Professor in the OSU Department of Restorative Dentistry, Clinical Instructor in the Advanced General Dentistry Program at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry, and serves as an Affiliate with The Ohio State University Medical Center Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program.
Dr. Butler completed her Master’s degree in Anatomy at Wright State University, prior to attending The Ohio State University College of Dentistry to complete her dental training. Dr. Watanabe has her Biology and Neuroscience Degree from the University of Toronto. She then studied at Case Western Reserve University with department specialists, obtaining her Doctorate in Dental Science. Dr. Watanabe performed her general practice residency with MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland. She regularly participates in courses to continue her craft, utilizing modern techniques and materials. Dr. Watanabe is a member of the American Society of Dentistry for Children, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Greater Cleveland Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Western Implant Study Group. Continuing education includes the following: pediatric dentistry, esthetic dentistry, dentistry under anesthesia, soft tissue management, advanced crown and bridge techniques, implants, Invisalign orthodontics, and treating physically and mentally challenged patients.
Dr. Poole earned her D.D.S. degree at Ohio State University in an accelerated doctoral program. Following graduation, she completed an optional externship program in surgery at the Medical College of Virginia and another optional externship program in pediatric dentistry at the Children’s Hospital in Columbus. She also earned certification in conscious sedation at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She has completed multiple courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and has a special interest in and passion for neuromuscular and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Courtney, earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1996 at Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He also had continuous education with, Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies: Core Courses I – VII. Dr. Courtney’s Organizations and Professional Associations are, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and Columbus Dental Society.
Dr. Janikian is a senior practitioner at Merion Village Dental. Dr. Janikian graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1991, and afterwards completed a residency in Advanced General and Emergency dentistry at OSU Hospital and College of Dentistry. Dr. Janikian is a member of the Academy of GP Orthodontics, Academy of Computerized Dentistry of North America, and the American, Ohio and Columbus Dental Associations. Dr. J has completed over 2500 hours of continuing education. He continues to pursue the latest dental technology for the benefit of all of Merion Village Dental’s patients.
Dr. Harris has practiced dentistry in Cincinnati for the past 33 years. Dr. Harris loves being a dentist and takes a personal interest in every patient’s life. Following his education, Dr. Gampa served as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Oral Medicine & Radiology at Osmania University for several years, before moving to New Zealand in 1996. Since 2000, Dr. Gampa has been practicing general dentistry and has been active member of the dental community of Dayton. He takes pride in offering comprehensive, compassionate care to all of his patients. He attends continuing education conferences to educate himself in the recent developments and scientific advances in dentistry. Dr. Omeltschenko was raised in Cincinnati and attended Walnut Hills High School. He went on to receive a double major from the University of Cincinnati, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. From there, he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from The Ohio State University. Dr. Omeltschenko is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and a past board member of the Cincinnati Dental Society.
